Netics phases out ad-hoc support Back

SA based Information Technology company Netics has made the decision to discontinue Ad-Hoc support services in favour of a Managed Service + Project Services structure.

Ultimately this decision arises out of feedback from customers who demand the kind of service response and positive outcome which can only come from a committed Managed Services provider.

Project Services have always been, and will continue to be an important part of the service offering in the Government and Corporate sectors where a strong internal support staff requires highly skilled consultancy and project management.

Netics has seen the positive results for clients on a Managed Services structure in recent years, and has faith in the benefits to the extent that they are offering up to 6 months FREE to any new or existing client signing a Business Standard or Ultimate Agreement in this financial quarter.

We feel that a well maintained environment combined with effective planning is not a risk to our bottom line, and often changes the perception for our customers of IT being a financial black hole to that of a dynamic and reliable business tool. This can only be beneficial to our reputation as an Enterprise level Service provider and we feel this offer adds some value for our loyal Ad-Hoc customer base to continue under the new structure.

The phase out period for Ad-Hoc support officially ends January 1st 2011.
