Minter Ellison offers silly season unlawful conduct risk prevention Back

In the lead up to the 'silly season' of festivity, legal practice Minter Ellison is offering a discrimination, harassment and bullying training package to help employers prevent unlawful and inappropriate workplace conduct.
The package includes a training session on discrimination, harassment and bullying, which may be tailored to suit specific needs.
The training package is offered in two forms:
- 'Training the employees' – a training session for employees in relation to discrimination, harassment and bullying in the workplace; and
- 'Training the managers' – a training session in relation to discrimination, harassment and bullying for managers, supervisors and/or HR personnel.
Both forms of our training package include materials relevant to training participants. The full training package is presented over an hour and a half session.
