Grant Burge Wines to host international celebrity chef, Rosemary Shrager Back

Grant Burge Wines is set to host a special Lavish Lunch on Saturday 1 May as part of the 2010 Tasting Australia festival.
Best known to Australian audiences as the cookery teacher on Ladette to Lady, Rosemary is highly regarded in the industry having worked for Pierre Koffman at famous London restaurant, Tante Claire.
“Rosemary is the perfect choice to host a sumptuous lunch which will be served under the vines at our Cellar Door,” said Proprietor and Chief Winemaker, Grant Burge. “This will be an event that no food lover will want to miss.”
Rosemary will prepare dishes from her most recent book, Schools for Cooks, which features recipes from her accompanying television series that will be matched to premium Grant Burge wines.
