Advantage SA will have a ‘Christmas wreath with a difference' up for auction at the 2010 Adelaide Appeals Committee fundraiser on Wednesday 17 November 2010.

The Adelaide Appeals Committee's Christmas Wreath initiative invites South Australian businesses to design and make a wreath to be auctioned off for charity in 2010. Proceeds raised from the auction of the wreaths will go towards the Roland McDonald House Building Appeal. 

Advantage SA CEO Nikki Seymour-Smith said that the organisation was pleased to support the Adelaide Appeals Committee dedicated to raising funds for a very valuable cause.

“Advantage SA is delighted to support the Christmas Wreath fundraiser, and provide a unique Christmas wreath with auction proceeds going towards what is a certainly a very worthwhile cause,” Ms Seymour-Smith said.

“We thank our members and supporters for working with us in providing products and services to make the Advantage SA Advent Christmas wreath. The wreath incorporates a number of fantastic gifts from some of South Australia’s best-loved companies valued at more than $4700.”

The Advantage SA 12 Days of Christmas Gifts wreath includes:
Day 1: One-year Sumptuous Magazine subscription (valued at $35) and a $50 dining voucher for Bollywood Restaurant.
Day 2: 2 Gold Class tickets donated by Event Cinemas (valued at $86)
Day 3: Rigoni’s Bistro dining voucher (valued at $100)
Day 4: BoxSA Licious gift hamper (valued at $120)
Day 5: Liza Emanuele gift voucher (valued at $200)          
Day 6: 2 A Reserve tickets to State Theatre Company’s The Misanthrope including programs and pre-show hospitality (valued at $190)
Day 7: Salopian Inn dining voucher donated by The McLaren Vale Beer Company (valued at $200)
Day 8: One coffee a day for 6 months donated by the Coffee Branch (valued at $385)
Day 9: $400 Foodland voucher
Day 10: Victory Hotel accommodation and dinner voucher (valued at $400)
Day 11: Umbrella donated by Weathersafe Shade Sails (valued at $1000)
Day 12: Advantage SA corporate membership (valued at $1650)

The wreath will be auctioned off at the Adelaide Appeals Committee Christmas Wreath Cocktail Party on Wednesday 17 November at the Art Gallery of South Australia. Tickets to this event are $90 and are available by contacting Helen Farrow on 0413 730 990.
