South Australian of the Year

The South Australian of the Year Awards recognise and reward the achievements of inspirational South Australians who have made outstanding contributions to our State.

The 2011 South Australian of the Year and Young South Australian of the Year were announced at the 2011 Advantage SA Annual Dinner on
4 November. Click here to view the winners.

2011 South Australian of the Year Award Winners will receive:

• A South Australian of the Year Trophy, designed and hand-made by the Jam Factory
• A framed certificate signed by the Premier of South Australia
• Two tickets to the Advantage SA Annual Dinner, held on Friday 4 November 2011 at the Adelaide Convention Centre
• Two tickets to the South Australian of the Year Awards Category Award Winners Civic Reception, held on Thursday 3 November 2011 at the Adelaide Town Hall
• Public recognition through the promotion of their achievements in Advantage SA’s broader programs and media partner networks.
